Cancellation and Refund Policy

At anabarredo.com, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
I aim to strike a balance between flexibility and respect for the time reserved for your session.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.

If the cancellation is made between 24 and 2 hours in advance, an alternative time slot will be offered, subject to availability, at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, or the client prefers not to do so, a 50% refund of the amount paid may be requested.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance, or failure to attend without prior notice, do not guarantee the option to reschedule and are not eligible for a refund, although each case will be considered individually.


2. Refunds

Cancellations made within the specified timeframe (more than 24 hours in advance) are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 7 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation.


3. Online and Home-Based Services

For home services, the same cancellation conditions apply.

For online services, a session will be considered a “no-show” if the client does not connect within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, unless prior notice has been given.


4. Cancellations by the Practitioner

In the event that Ana Barredo needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to force majeure or a justified reason, the client will be offered an alternative available date or, if preferred, a full refund of the amount paid.

The owner shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause damage to the user’s computer systems.

Continuous availability of the Website is not guaranteed, and access may be interrupted due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure.


5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply once the service has been fully provided or when its performance has begun with the express consent of the client.
